PURPOSE: A pipe expansion-type discharge pipe-fixing device of a scroll compressor is provided to improve process productivity and to improve work efficiency of welding to an air conditioner set pipe, by assembling an upper cell to a main cell and then welding a pipe-expansion-type discharge pipe from the outside. CONSTITUTION: In a pipe expansion-type discharge pipe-fixing device of a scroll compressor, an upper cell(2) is fixed to a main cell(1) and a high pressure part is formed. A muffler(4) is fixed to an inner fixed scroll(3). A discharge pipe(10) fixed to the muffler is inserted into a discharge port pipe(6) fixed to the upper cell. The discharge pipe fixed to the muffler is inserted into the discharge port pipe fixed to the upper cell and a pipe expansion-type discharge pipe(11) is inserted into the discharge pipe. Gaps of the discharge port pipe, the discharge pipe, and the pipe expansion-type discharge pipe are welded to a joining part(12).
