PURPOSE: A prefabricated retaining wall having tensile members is provided to reduce the construction cost, to quickly and simply execute construction, and to reduce a term of works, by interconnecting a perpendicular wall body and a bottom slab member and installing the tensile members in a state of introducing prestressing. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated retaining wall having tensile members(400) includes a bottom slab member(200) and a perpendicular wall body(300). The perpendicular wall body includes post members(310) formed to the bottom slab member at a predetermined interval and a precast rear member(320) inserted between the post members. The tensile members are formed to the perpendicular wall body and the bottom slab member. One end of the tensile member is tensed and fixed to the perpendicular wall body while the other end is fixed to the bottom slab member. External force acting on the perpendicular wall body and the bottom slab member is compensated by prestressing introduced by the tensile members.
