PURPOSE: A cooking device for breaking an egg is provided to offer convenience to a user and improve sanitation by easily breaking the egg and preventing the white and yellow of the egg from being stuck to the cooking device. CONSTITUTION: A cooking device for breaking an egg is composed of egg-shaped hemispherical cases(10) for holding the egg, breaking pieces(20) for breaking a portion of the egg, and an operating lever(30) for opening the hemispherical cases. The hemispherical cases are rotatably coupled to each other by a hinge(11), and include a pin groove(12) into which a hinge of the breaking pieces is fit, and a ball joint housing(13) connected to a ball joint(31) of the operating lever. A plurality of air vents(14) are formed at the side surfaces of the hemispherical cases. The operating lever includes a middle hinge shaft(32) connected rotatably to links.
