<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material, by which an inkjet image excellent in ink absorbency and image clarity in an inkjet recording system and which is highly glossy and has favorable water resistance and ozone resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording material, in which an inkjet recording layer including a mixture of at least a polymer latex and inorganic ultrafine particles is provided on one side of a support, the secondary average particle diameter of the inorganic ultrafine particles is set to be not more than 300 nm and the average particle diameter of the polymer latex is at least 0.1 μm and below 0.5 μm.
