<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin care preparation for external use to aim at local lean figure at an application part. <P>SOLUTION: This skin care preparation for external use to aim at the local lean figure of application part is obtained by formulating 0.01-10.0 wt.% of essence of Aesculus hippocastanum which removes edematous swelling and ameliorates lymph stream at the first stage of immediate effectivity and 0.1-10.0 wt.% of L-carnitine which promotes metabolism of fats in fat cells, reduces body fats and is produced by a bioprocess not using an animal-derived raw material to cause problems of bovin spongiform encephalopathy, or the like, at the second stage of delayed effect as active ingredients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
