<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power window device capable of preventing a window pane from being raised or lowered against an operator's intention when flooded with water. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 23 operates a motor M in a low-active manner based on input signals V1 and V2 input via a DN terminal 17 and an UP terminal 19 of a switch part 11. The DN terminal 17 and the UP terminal 19 are surrounded by a B terminal 20 connected to a power supply Vo.
