METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING ORGANIC WASTE LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the disposal amount of sludge and to recover phosphorus by eluting phosphorus present in sludge simultaneously with efficiently enhancing the solubility of sludge in the anaerobic treatment of an organic waste liquid to accelerate the production of a digested gas.

SOLUTION: The inflow organic waste liquid is physically treated and the treated organic waste liquid is separated into a solid substance and a solution. The solid substance after separation is introduced into an anaerobic digestion tank to be digested anaerobically and phosphorus is recovered from the separated solution. The digested sludge of the anaerobic digestion tank is drawn out and this drawn-out digested sludge may be subjected to dispersing or modifying treatment. Further, the drawn-out digested sludge is subjected to solid-liquid separation and the obtained concentrated sludge may be subjected to dispersing or modifying treatment.
