PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a five-layered coextrusion foamed composite sheet. SOLUTION: The five-layered coextrusion foamed composite sheet is equipped with a resin foamed layer being an intermediate layer, hard resin layers for respectively covering both surface layers of the resin foamed layer and the bonding layers especially provided between the resin foamed layer and the hard resin layers because the resin foamed layer and the hard resin layers are impossible to bond. This composite sheet is reduced in weight by 30-50% as compared with a conventional one and the structural strength of the surface thereof is sharply enhanced and the surface hue thereof is improved. The resin foamed layer and the hard resin layers comprise an engineering plastic and the compounding of the composite sheet is once completed according to a coextrusion molding system by adding the bonding layers at the time of production to reduce a processing cost.
