HIGH-LUBRICITY RUSTPROOFING-TREATED METAL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-lubricity rustproofing-treated metal plate which exhibits good temporary rust-proof properties and, after that, exhibits good lubricity and defatting properties in press working. SOLUTION: The high-lubricity rustproofing-treated metal plate excellent in formability and rustproof properties is prepared as follows: a base oil comprising at least one mineral or synthetic oil or a mixture thereof and having a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 4-100 mm2/s is compounded with (A) 1-10 mass% fatty acid full ester of a polyhydric alcohol, (B) 0.2-10 mass% (in terms of metal content) perbasic metal sulfonate, and (C) 0.2-10 mass% (in terms of metal content) neutral metal sulfonate to give a rustproof press-working oil, which is applied in a coating wt. of 0.2-10 g/m2to all or at least a part of the surface of a metal plate.
