PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the creak sound caused by the bending of a molded body by preventing the penetration of an injected resin into a core made of a foamed resin in core built-in FRP. SOLUTION: In the foamed resin core built-in FRP, the surface of the core made of the foamed resin is covered with a nylon film and a fiber base material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is laminated on the surface of the core through the film.
