发明名称 ELECTROLYTE INJECTION METHOD AND DEVICE OF SEALED BATTERY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte injection method of a sealed battery capable of injecting an electrolyte over the entire area of an electrode plate group with high injection accuracy while evenly distributing it by surely preventing the electrolyte from adhering to a sealing part or a lead of a battery case although using an extremely simple and inexpensive structure; and to provide an electrolyte injection device capable of suitably realizing the injection method. SOLUTION: When the electrolyte 2 is injected from an electrolyte storage chamber 13 for storing a predetermined quantity of the electrolyte 2 into the sealed battery composed by housing the electrode plate group 28 in the battery case 10 having an open end and in a manufacturing process, this electrolyte injection method has: an injection process for supplying the electrolyte 2 by driving an electrolyte injection pump 8 into the sealed battery brought in a high-vacuum atmosphere condition and in the manufacturing process to form an electrolyte membrane 32 on the electrode plate group 28; and an injected electrolyte impregnation process for gradually releasing the high-vacuum atmosphere to the atmospheric air while controlling the supply of the electrolyte so as to keep the electrolyte membrane 32.
