<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt spinning spinneret pack enabling suppressing pressure increase in the pack caused by filter cloggings in carrying out a melt spinning of a thermoplastic polymer such as a polyester, thus extending the replacement period of the spinneret pack and enabling spinning operation without fluffs and yarn breakages stably for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The melt spinning spinneret pack employs a candle filter using a filter material made of a pleated metallic nonwoven fabric which is 10-60μin filter accuracy is used on the outer side of a metallic perforated pipe as a filter element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
