PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install LAN receptacles for a LAN system adopting the RF modulation method to guest rooms of a hotel or the like employing the LAN system adopting the RF modulation method without deteriorating the aesthetic environment of the guest rooms in the hotel or the like. SOLUTION: In the LAN system adopting the RF modulation method for providing an Internet connection to lodgers or the like via an inhouse CATV transmission line installed in a building such as a hotel, the cable modem for the LAN system adopting the RF modulation method installed in the guest rooms of the hotel or the like are integrated with pay broadcast viewing apparatuses installed in the guest rooms of the hotel or the like and LAN receptacles for the LAN system adopting the RF modulation method are installed.
