PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-point switching device capable of making a depressing/tilting operation in a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the switching device containing a housing 12 arranging a center switch 17a and a plurality of switches 17b around its periphery on a substrate 18 and having a fixed opening part 12a so as to cover the substrate 18, an operating stick 14 having a depressing piece 14a in the housing 12, a depressing plate 13 having a depressing piece 13a, and an elastic body 15 and fixing an operating knob 11 by making the opening part 12a protruded after inserting the operating stick 14 into a sliding hole 13c of the depressing plate 13, the elastic body 15 is structured to bias the operating stick 14 and the depressing plate 13 in a direction of the opening part 12a of the housing 12, the center switch 17a is operated ON by depression in the axis direction of the operating knob 11, the switches 17b around the periphery in a tilting direction is operated ON by tilting of the operating stick 14 through a lateral operation, and the center switch 17a and the switches 17b in the periphery in the tilting direction are operated ON at the same time by tilting after the depression in the axis direction.
