PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens fixing method by which the elaborate adjusting and fixing of a lens are easily performed and also fixing may be more easily done again rather than that with adhesive. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure of an optical device where the lens 20 formed into a plate-like shape and made of plastic is fixed at a holder 30 to store by keeping a space with the lens 20 and provided with one inner peripheral surface, first lands 3, 4 and 5 made of copper are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lens 20, and second lands 15, 16 and 17 are formed so as to include the end surface of one inner peripheral surface side of the holder by corresponding to the first lands 3, 4 and 5, and they are coupled through solder after positioning the lens 20 with the holder 30, so that the lens is positioned and fixed.
