PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device in which the output conditions of a relay output terminal can be easily and directly controlled by assigning logical operations to the relay output terminal of the device, and a simple sequence control feature is equipped without using any excessive resources by assigning logical operations and actions to the relay output terminal. SOLUTION: The measuring device which has an input signal processing part which detects a signal input from an external device, an output signal processing part which outputs a signal when an alarm or event occurs during measuring, is provided with a logical operation part which performs logical operations using at least one of the results including a detecting result and a measuring result obtained by the input signal processing part, and an action performing part which performs predetermined actions. The device is characterized in that the output signal processing part outputs a signal determined by a calculation result calculated by the logical operation part, and the action performing part performs predetermined actions based on the output signal.
