PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide condensed dew water produced at windows by a simple method without using any heater or motor. SOLUTION: Silica gel is stored in a window frame at the bottom of a window, and condensed dew water is evaporated by the heat of condensation generated when the silica gel adsorbs the water.
