PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe with a spiral guide passage, which allows the spiral guide passage to be inserted into a pipe main body and to be easily and rigidly fixed to predetermined locations irrespective of the material of the pipe, facilitates exchange only of the spiral guide passage, and is excellent in maintainability, and to provide a method of producing the pipe with the spiral guide passage. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the pipe 1, the spiral guide passage 12 or 12' is formed by bending a flat string body like a spiral slide, and has an outer diameter slightly smaller than an inner diameter of the pipe main body 11. A bearer 13 for bearing the guide passage in the cylinder main body has an upper plate portion 131 bearing a peripheral edge of the spiral guide passage 12 or 12' from below, and a hanging wall portion 132 fixed to the pipe main body 11. The lower portion of the peripheral edge of the spiral guide passage 12 or 12' has fixed to the upper plate portion 131 of the bearer 13 so as to define a gap between an outer peripheral surface of the spiral guide passage and an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder main body 11, at predetermined intervals.
