摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable mass-colored polylactic acid-based polyester fiber usable without dyeing and having good weather resistance suitable for the use in the field of industrial materials, i.e. high strength and strength retention ratio after a weathering testing. SOLUTION: This biodegradable polyester fiber containing polylactic acid as a main constituent component contains 0.05-5.00 mass% mass-coloring agent in the fiber and has a strength of≥3.6 cN/dtex after the weathering testing for 750 hr and a strength retention of≥90% before and after the weathering testing.
