PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform comprehensive and minute quality control from a conveyance source to a conveyance address by detecting a state of an article under conveying for each kind or package unit of the articles and evaluating the quantity with the usage of an evaluation standard adapted to an actual distribution process. SOLUTION: This physical distribution management system is a system wherein a sensor for detecting a temperature of the article is attached on the article and the article is conveyed. The system includes a storage warehouse equipped with a communication means and a network connection means with the sensor, a moving body equipped with a communication means and a network connection means with the sensor, and a server capable of communicating with the storage warehouse and the moving body through the network. The storage warehouse and the moving body receive the state of the article detected by the sensor through the communication means, and transmit the state of the article to the server via the network connection means.
