PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuumed thermally insulated container not requiring manually operating a piston of an air evacuating device and capable of simply increasing the degree of vacuum only through supplying of water via a faucet of a tap water. SOLUTION: This vacuum thermally insulated container 10 provided with a container main body 12 composed of a hollow wall structure inside of it and a lid member 41 and the container has an item storing part 13 enclosed by the container main body 12 and the lid member 41, is provided with an aspirator 23 connected to at least a hollow part 14 of the container main body 12 is provided as means for sucking air in the hollow part 14, and at the same time there are provided a water supplying port 24 for the aspirator 23 and a water drain port 25 from the aspirator 23.
