PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange tubes in a plurality of rows, and to efficiently stack and store them in a plurality of stages in a box. SOLUTION: A magazine 20 substantially corresponding to a box is arranged in the horizontal state, and every row of tubes where a predetermined number of tubes are aligned, is inserted in the magazine in the horizontally collapsed state so as to be successively stacked. The tube row group TuG of a plurality of tube rows is once stored and held. The tube row group TuG is delivered from the magazine 20 to an attitude changing and moving table 51 to change the attitude upright, and moved to a filling and holding means 60 and stored by filling the box B.
