PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a flammable gas recovery system avoidable damage or degradation of service life of a separation membrane or accessories due to a fluctuation in pressure as much as possible, and hard to have an inconvenience such as inability to feed oil or explosion even if a flammable gas separator fails. SOLUTION: A flammable gas recovery system includes fuel tanks 1a-c for preserving a flammable liquid fuel, a flammable gas recovery device 5 for recovering a flammable gas by the gas separation membrane 16 for permitting a flammable gas to selectively permeate from a gas containing the flammable gas generated in the fuel tanks and exhausting the gas after the flammable gas recovered to the open air, and a circulating path 6 for returning the flammable gas recovered by the device 5 into the fuel tanks. A branch path 4 is provided on exhaust paths 2a-c for causing the fuel tanks 1a-c to communicate with the open air and connected with the flammable gas recovery device 5. In addition, a pressure valve 10 which opens when the pressure in the exhaust paths 2a-c changes to a predetermined value or higher is provided on the exhaust paths 2a-c toward the open air from the branch to the branch path 4.
