PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn a monitoring camera in the interlocking relationship with operation of an operation lever for turn and running, switch direction of turn of the monitoring camera by direction of turn of an upper part turn body, operate the monitoring camera independently from operation of the operation lever, and allow swing of the monitoring camera to perform back monitoring in a wide scope in various manners. SOLUTION: A pressure switch is arranged in a pipe passage connecting a pilot control part of a direction change-over valve with a remote controller valve, and a motor driving device turning the monitoring camera is connected with a controller to turn the monitoring camera in the interlocking relationship with operation of the operation lever. This back monitoring device is controlled in such a way that the monitoring camera turns by a predetermined angle in the direction opposite to the direction of turn of the upper part turn body, back visibility on the opposite side to the direction of turn is ensured, and the monitoring camera turns by a predetermined angle in the same direction as the direction of turn of the upper part turn body to ensure back visibility on the side of the direction of turn. A selection means for allowing turn of the monitoring camera independently from operation of the operation lever is provided to allow swing of the monitoring camera from a driver's cab.
