The present invention relates to stabilised aqueous compositions that contain hydrogen peroxide, an ethoxylated aliphatic phospono surfactant of formula: (I) (HO)(3-m)OP(R<->(CH2<->CH2<->O)n<->R<1> )m or (HO)(3-m)OP(O-(CH2-CH2-O)n-R<1> )m or (HO)(3-m)OP(O-R<1>-(CH2-CH2-0)n-H )m and at least one additional detersive surfactant.
