First (1) and second (2) tuners pick up Astra satellite signals in an L/H band range, e.g. including signals from EUTELSAT. A microprocessor (3) controls tuning/channel data, which is stored in a memory (5) along with possible required band change-over data and data for changing over a plane of polarization, in which signals are each picked up. An independent claim is also included for a method for displaying two images on one display device on TV receiver equipment.
