The laval nozzle includes a convergent section and a divergent section. A portion of the divergent section of the nozzle has a bell-shaped contour. The length of the nozzle ranges from 60 to 300. The divergent section of the nozzle is connected to the end of a powder supply pipe. An independent claim is also included for the layers forming the laval nozzle.
