The cam carrier (12), for a cylinder lock (1), is in an eccentric mounting in relation to the longitudinal axis (9) of the lock rotor (5). A coupling (10) is at the inner end of the rotor (5), as a link between the rotor (5) and cam carrier (12). A toothed drive (60) is between the coupling (10) and the cam carrier (12), with inner teeth (32) at the cam carrier (12) and outer teeth (33) at the coupling carrier (15). The two sets of teeth (32,33) have identical numbers of teeth, with straight flanks. A free space, between the sets of teeth (32,33), allows a radial sliding movement between the cam carrier (12) and the coupling carrier (15), to give a trouble-free transmission of the rotary movements of the rotor (5) on to the cam carrier (12). |
