PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of functional lotion by adding the extract of cucumber and ginkgo leaf, and alum to the conventional lotion, thereby improving blood circulation and providing skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of functional lotion is characterized in that 0.5-30% of a mixture of the extract of cucumber and ginkgo leaf and alum in a mixing ratio of 10:2-4 is added to the conventional lotion, wherein the extract is obtained by double-boiling finely cut cucumber and ginkgo leaf in water.
