PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent the transformation of a support main unit and improve efficiency of the process for joining a light guide plate to the support main unit. CONSTITUTION: A support main unit(114) has a groove portion(13) and fixing holes(13) having step surfaces. A light guide plate(110) has a protrusion portion(128). The light guide plate is loaded on the support main unit when the protrusion portion is inserted in the groove portion. The joint pin(132) includes a holding bar(134) and inserting parts(136) protruding the holding bar. The edge of each inserting part consists of sloping surface(137) and a step surface(138) at the edge of the sloping surface. When the inserting part of the joint pin is inserted into the fixing hole, the step surface of the inserting part is hung on the step surface of the fixing hole, thereby, joining the light guide film to the support main unit.
