<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of setting the number of sheets of restriction processings when permitting an interruption process. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with: a means which a user sets whether interruption by another job is to be unconditionally permitted or permitted with restriction during execution of a job before starting of a job process or during execution of the job by any user; a means by which the user sets the restriction for the number of sheets of handling which can be permitted for interruption when the permission with the restriction is set; and a means which permits interruption handling only when the planned number of sheets of handling for the interruption handling is within the restriction for the number of sheets of handling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
