<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage the placement and acceptance of orders for design based on email titles. <P>SOLUTION: This ordering and order receiving system comprises a network 1; a user's terminal 3 connected to the network 1 to input design decision information and distribute images used in design so as to order design; an ordering and order receiving administrator's terminal 5 connected to the network 1 to accept design orders via an ordering and order receiving server 2, place orders for design work according to the design orders, and manage the placement and acceptance of the orders; and an operator's terminal 4 connected to the network 1 to create design according to the placement of orders for design work. Emails are issued among the user's terminal 3, the ordering administrator's terminal 5, and the operator's terminal 4 via the ordering and order receiving server 2.
