<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device capable of commonizing parts and circuits and reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: The steering control device comprises a lane keep control unit including a CPU and a peripheral circuit in a lane keep device for calculating the steering force to allow a vehicle to travel along the lane by taking in lane information in the vehicle traveling direction, and supplementarily adding a part of the steering force to a steering wheel, and an electric power steering control unit including a CPU and a peripheral circuit in an electric power steering device for controlling the rotational drive of a motor for assistance so that the rotation of a wheel steering shaft is assisted by the driving force of the motor for assistance and the steering angle according to the operational angle of a steering wheel is obtained. These two control units and a power supply voltage conversion circuit, an external signal input circuit and an external signal output circuit of the control units are commonized and accommodated in one casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
