<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately select a file stored in a printer and to easily reprint the selected file. <P>SOLUTION: The print data generated by a printer driver 43 are inputted to a printer 31 through an I/F and printed. When storage designation is set in the print data, the print data are stored as a file in a storage device 37. When a user wants to reprint the data, the user requests the transfer of an attribute information list file showing the attribute information list of the stored file through a web browser 44 and selects a file to be displayed on the basis of the attribute information list file. When a display selection is performed, a web server part 39 transfers the image data list file to the web browser 44.
