<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a throughput of the overall system by controlling the allocation of HSDPA for a plurality of mobile station devices. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station device 101-1 detects the reception quality value of a known signal transmitted from a base station device 102-1 to be reported. The base station device 102-1 is provided with a quality faulty signal generating portion 1021 which generates a quality faulty signal when the reception quality value is compared with a predetermined threshold and that the reception quality value is indicated as being equal to or less than the predetermined threshold, and a quality faulty signal reporting portion 1024 which reports an identifier of the quality faulty signal and the concerned mobile station device 101-1 to a base station control device 103. The base station control device 103 is provided with a control signal transmitting portion 1031 which transmits to the base station device 102 a control signal so that the transmission of data by the HSDPA to the mobile station device 101-1 is switched to the transmission of data by DPCH. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
