<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening composition containing a coloring agent having high sensitivity, wide development latitude, excellent light resistance, heat resistance, and pattern forming property (developing property), causing no elution of a dye after hardening, having excellent solvent resistance and liquid preservability as a liquid composition, and forming a pattern image with high resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The hardening composition containing a coloring agent contains a binder and a coloring agent. The coloring agent contains a compound expressed by a general formula (I). In the general formula (I): each of R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>represents a hydrogen atom, 1-21C alkyl group, 2-21C alkenyl group, 7-21C aryl group or 7-21C aralkyl group, and R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>can be same or different from each other or can form a heterocycle with nitrogen atoms coupled with them; and R<SP>3</SP>represents a cation of a hydrogen atom, a metal atom or a cation of a nitrogen-containing compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
