PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of exhibiting excellent sealability over a long period without causing a warp on a member 3 on which the gasket 10 is formed. SOLUTION: The gasket is composed of a first layer 11 which is integrally formed along the objective part for sealing of a cover 3 that is one of the members and which displays a nearly D shaped (nearly semicircular) cross section, and a second layer 12 which is formed on the first layer 11 in overlapping and which displays a nearly D shaped (nearly semicircular) cross section, wherein the gasket is formed by applying a liquid elastomer on one side of the cover 3 from a nozzle of a dispenser through extrusion such as a writing with a single stroke, and by crosslink curing it through a physical treatment.
