PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric leak wave antenna which can be manufactured easily and inexpensively. SOLUTION: An excitation portion 24 of the dielectric leak wave antenna 20 has a metal strip 40 for a line which is provided at a distance from a leak metal strip 3 for leaking on the surface of a dielectric substrate 1 and forms a microstrip line with a base plate conductor 2 across the dielectric substrate 1, a plurality of stubs 41 which are provided at specified intervals at one side edge of the line metal strip 40 and branch and output an electromagnetic wave fed to the microstrip line in directions crossing the metal strip 3 in the dielectric substrate 1, and a plurality of stubs 51 for suppressing reflection at a position being distantλg'/4 from the stubs 41 on the other side edge of the metal strip 40.
