PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus for a cylindrical synthetic resin film capable of certainly and efficiently molding the cylindrical synthetic resin film of high quality even if an external condition of an indoor atmospheric temperature, humidity or the like, the hygroscopic state of a liquid resin or the capacity or the like of a ventilation means changes, and a molding method using it. SOLUTION: The liquid resin is supplied into the cylinder of a molding cylindrical body 1 and heated and cured while rotating the molding cylindrical body 1 to mold the cylindrical synthetic resin film along the inner surface of the cylinder of the molding cylindrical body 1. In this molding method, the evaporation amount of evaporated matter occurring by heating the liquid resin is measured and compared with a preliminarily calculated reference amount to control the heating of the liquid resin.
