PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of preventing a circuit board from coming off from a recessed part for arrangement due to an impact from the outside by easily assembling and fixing the circuit board to the recessed part for arrangement of a battery case. SOLUTION: A circuit board 3 has one or more notched parts 19 at least at one end 18a thereof. The battery case 4 comprises a recessed part for arrangement 22 in which the circuit board 3 is arranged; protrusions 23 protruded from an inside face of the recessed part for arrangement 22 and inserted into the notched part 19; and locking portions 24 protruded and formed toward inside faces facing the protrusions 23 to lock the other end 18d of the circuit board 3. The circuit board 3 is arranged at the recessed part for arrangement 22 by inserting the protrusions 23 into the notched part 19 to engage the circuit board 3 with the recessed part for arrangement 22, while locking the other end 18d of the circuit board 3 into a locking part 24, by shifting the circuit board 3 in the nearly parallel direction of the one end 18a of the circuit board 3 in a state that a main face of the circuit board 3 is positioned lower than the protrusions 23, and engaging the one end 18a of the circuit board 3 with the protrusions 23.
