PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which the receiver of a portable telephone in particular, of a mail magazine is burdened with high communication costs and a long receiving time due to the distribution of the contents of a long sentence through an electronic mail. SOLUTION: The text of a mail magazine is carried at a site on the Web, and only the URL display of the text of the mail magazine and a required part other than the text are distributed to the terminal of the receiver of the mail magazine. The URL display of the text is carried by a hyper text, and when the URL display displayed at the terminal is clicked by the receiver, the contents of the text linked to the clicking are downloaded through the Internet to the terminal of the user.
