PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve information provision effects in a system that synthesizes information provided by speech synthesis and a musical sound and provides the synthesized information. SOLUTION: When information acquired by an information acquisition part 20 is provided for a passenger through speech synthesis, a mixing judgment part 30 judges whether the information is to be provided together with music. When the mixing judgment part 30 judges that the information is to be provided together with the music, a mixing part 60 mixes the information acquired by the information acquisition part 20 and the music with each other and the synthesized information is provided for the passenger of a vehicle through an amplification part 70 and a loudspeaker 80. When it is judged that the information is not to be provided together with the music, on the other hand, only the information acquired by the information acquisition part 20 is provided as a synthesized speech.
