DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for foreign language learning corresponding to a speaking speed. SOLUTION: A foreign language learning device 1 which manages a database of learning contents and presents learning contents to a user has a display for presenting the learning contents corresponding to a speaking speed as a practice screen and a voice output part which outputs a voice signal of the learning contents. The practice screen includes pronunciation symbols and a pronouncing motion picture of them in addition to a character string of a foreign language. Further, the practice screen includes a means of making the user specify a speaking speed. With this constitution, the user can refer to the learning contents corresponding to the speaking speed in the practice screen, so the user can efficiently learn the foreign language corresponding to the speaking speed.
