PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately compute coordinates of survey points through the use of image data of photographs. SOLUTION: This photogrammetry is provided with a first step, a second step, and a third step. In the first step, photographing is performed by a camera from different observation points, in such a way as to include both an object to be surveyed and a plurality of reference size parts to be used, when survey computations on the object to be surveyed are performed to acquire at least two different images. In the second step, both angle reference points for specifying the attitude of the camera at survey points and the observation points and a plurality of reference size specifying points for specifying the reference size parts, common to both images, are set on the object to be surveyed to compute two-dimensional coordinates of the angle reference points and the reference size specifying points in the images. In the third step, a three-dimensional coordinate system including the object to be surveyed is set; and on the basis of the two-dimensional coordinates of the angle reference points and the reference size specifying points and the length of the reference size parts, three-dimensional coordinates of the survey points are computed.
