PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a case that reduces the number of parts and enables easy attachment and detachment of the case. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the case, a case loaded on a vehicle is mounted to a member of the vehicle via a bracket. A plate member 4 is formed at one end side of the bracket 3, and a holder section 6 capable of passing the plate member 4 is formed in the case 2. The holder section 6 has two guide rail members 7 for guiding and holding the insertion of a side section of the plate member 4, and an elastic fixing member 8 that is formed to interconnecting two guide rail members 7, has elasticity, and has a projection 9 toward the inside.
