<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network transaction system in a reverse auction system to acquire a result reply (estimated sheet) to an estimation request in a short time, which can be hardly influenced by the communication performance of a network between broker equipment and dealer equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Broker equipment 20 receives an estimation request from a buyer terminal 10 through a network 41 and issues mobile agent software 70 comprising a program to acquire an estimated result according to the estimation request. Dealer equipment 50 receives the mobile agent software 70 issued by the broker equipment 20 through a network 42, makes the mobile agent software 70 perform in its own equipment to acquire the estimated result, transmits the mobile agent software 70 including the estimated result to the broker equipment 20.
