<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic watch which ensures high reception sensitivity even if an electric-wave receiving antenna is put in a metal case, and has good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic watch 1 is provided with a body case 2 formed with conductive material, a receiving means which is put in this body case 2 and has the antenna 8 for receiving an electric wave, a movement 100 for actuating a time display unit 3, and a dial 31 which is interposed between the internal surface of the body case 2 and the movement 100 and formed with conductive material. A glass lid 47 for sealing a dial-side opening, and a back lid 24 for sealing a movement 100-side opening formed with conductive material are fitted to the body case 2. Insulating layers are formed on each contact face between the dial 31 and the movement 100, between the dial plate 31 and the body case 2, between the body case 2 and the back lid 24, and on each of the other contact faces with the body case 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
