<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type automatic ticket gate where a door is not closed even if a user possessing a valid non-contact ticket enters into a ticket gate path and unpleasant feeling is not given to the user. <P>SOLUTION: In the non-contact type automatic ticket gate, data are transferred between a main body of the non-contact type automatic gate and the non-contact ticket so that an entrance/exit processing is performed. The gate is provided with a people detecting means detecting the user in the ticket gate path of the main body of the non-contact type automatic ticket gate, an inhibiting means for inhibiting passage of the user when a person without the ticket enters into a prescribed position of the ticket gate path of the main body of the non-contact type automatic ticket gate, and a stop control means for stopping driving of the inhibiting means when a medium touched by or held up on an antenna installed in the main body of the non-contact type automatic ticket gate is authenticated to be the non-contact ticket that can be used in the main body of the non-contact type automatic ticket gate and even if the user intrudes into the prescribed position of the ticket gate path of the main body of the non-contact type automatic ticket gate until the prescribed entrance/exit processing on the non-contact ticket is terminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
