<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an open part, which has a shape for stopping the member in a resin tube such as a back flow preventing sphere or the like but permitting a liquid such as a chemical liquid or the like to pass, to the leading end of the resin tube by processing the leading end of the resin tube. <P>SOLUTION: A mold 1 is provided with an insertion part 2 for the resin tube 11 and an induction coil 4 is wound around the die 1 so as to surround the insertion part 2. The resin tube 11 is inserted into the insertion part 2 of the die 1 and this die 1 is subjected to induction heating by passing an alternating current through the induction coil 4 to form the leading end part of the resin tube 11 along the inner surface shape of the insertion part 2. In this case, a core rod 3 having recessed parts 3a formed to the outer peripheral surface thereof is provided in the insertion part 2 of the die 1 and the leading end of the resin tube 11 is processed by the core rod 3 to form a hole, of which the shape is not merely circular and permits the liquid such as the chemical liquid or the like to pass but stops the member in the resin tube 11 such as the back flow preventing sphere or the like, to the leading end part of the resin tube 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
