<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for economically separating and recovering valuable metals with which many kinds of agents are not used, drainage causing to environmental pollution is not developed and auxiliary product is not produced at all, with a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: This method for separating and recovering the valuable metals is contained of a process for obtaining leached solution containing vanadium compound and molybdenum compound by leaching the raw material containing at least vanadium oxide and molybdenum oxide with ammonia-containing leaching water, a process for separating and recovering precipitated ammonium metavanadate from the first separating solution by adding ammonium orthomolybdate into the leached solution, a process for separating and recovering the precipitated ammonium orthomolybdate by adding water-soluble alcohol into the first separating solution from the second separating solution, a process for separating and recovering the water-soluble alcohol and the remained solution by distilling the second separating solution. At least a part of the remained solution is used as ammonia-containing water for leaching and further, a part of the recovered ammonium orthomolybdate and all of the water-soluble alcohol, are returned back into the system and reused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
